Meet the team

Having worked as a luxury interior designer for over 20 years, Kate has completed projects all over the world – however it's West Sussex that she loves to call home. With a bubbly creative spirit and a warm, collaborative approach, she helps our owners hone their style to make the most of every space.

When she’s not researching design inspiration or finding local spots to explore, you’ll catch Kate on or near the water – most recently, learning to paddle board. Her favourite pastime is heading off with Ed and Inca to discover new corners of the UK.

Ed has pursued his career in the property industry for over 15 years and runs a successful development company, focusing on schemes in London and the Southeast. Calm and level-headed, he’s great with figures and brings a wealth of experience in marketing, strategy and business development.

Like Kate, Ed loves being outside. From climbing hills to surfing waves, he’s happiest when taking part in a sporting adventure of some kind. A natural traveller, he’s explored the world for work and pleasure and is constantly formulating new ideas.

Born and raised in Chichester, Ele has the Sussex life running through her veins. Ele is happiest by the sea and loves exploring nature on her doorstep, whether it’s a gentle stroll along the peaceful West Wittering beach at dusk, or lazy summer picnics in West Dean gardens.

For Luxury Boltholes, her stellar organisation and management skills as our Client and Property Manager keeps the business running smoothly. When she’s not working, Ele is also a Pilates enthusiast and adores crafts, including baking and sewing.

Fun loving, loyal, and super-friendly, Inca is our in-house cocker spaniel. When she’s not ‘in house’, she’s out – busily scouting the best local dog walks, beaches and pubs. Her passion is running free, whether it’s in the woods or on sand, having her tummy tickled, and meeting new people.

While you may not chat to her much on the phone, Inca is definitely one of the team and, like all of us, has an important role to play. She’s ‘leading’ (see what we did there?) on creating dog-friendly itineraries for our guests, and generally keeps office morale at a high.
