Welcome app
To thank you for booking through Luxury Boltholes, we’ve created a tailored guide for your holiday. This includes all the key information you’ll need about the property you’re staying in and its local amenities, as well as an extensive list of things to see and do around your holiday home. We’ll help you plan those perfect days out. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send through a link for you to download your app, to help you plan your stay from start to finish.
Bespoke concierge
If you’re stretched for time and would prefer us to do all the legwork, get in touch to discuss our bespoke concierge package.
How it works:
We’ll have an initial consultation to find out more about what you’d like to do during your stay. Based on this, we’ll pool our resources and come back to you with a list of things we think you’ll love. Once you’ve decided what you’re keen on, we’ll go ahead and book on your behalf.
The possibilities are endless, from organising restaurants and activities to ensuring your favourite shopping items are on hand for your arrival.
This package is charged at a consultation fee of £100, followed by £50 for every hour we spend organising those final touches. The cost for anything you book will always be exactly the same as booking direct with the supplier, meaning you’ll only pay for the time it takes us to plan your stay.

Begin your retreat by pre-booking food delivery to your bolthole. We’ll receive the delivery and unpack your goodies. Pre-order wine and we’ll get it chilled on ice with glasses ready for your arrival. We can also arrange delivery of delicious food hampers and fresh platters.
